The job
This is a first-of-its-kind new role at Flo Health. As VP of Corporate Development, you will be a strategic member of the CFO’s team, responsible for driving the company's inorganic growth strategy.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Mapping long-term growth opportunities and driving strategic planning
  • Identifying and structuring distribution partnerships to increase customer acquisition and unlock new channels
  • Partnering with third-party platforms and technologies for product integrations to enhance value and growth
  • Building and managing a pipeline of potential acquisitions to enable user base growth and market entry

Your Experience
Must have:

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A, or investment banking
  • Proven track record of executing scaled M&A transactions from sourcing to integration
  • Strong communication skills within product and engineering teams on complex projects
  • Strategic vision with excellent cross-functional execution skills
  • Deep understanding of technology business models; knowledge of digital health and subscription markets is a plus
  • Financial acumen with knowledge of valuation and deal structuring

What You'll Be Doing
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing Flo's corporate development strategy
  • Structuring strategic partnerships and product integrations
  • Evaluating acquisition targets and investment opportunities
  • Mapping industry trends and growth opportunities
  • Building the M&A pipeline and managing deal negotiations
  • Leading due diligence and post-acquisition integration
