VP of Sales, EMEA (Ad-tech/DSP/SSP/CTV exp required)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Minimum Experience: 7-10+ years

About the Role

At Pixalate, we develop technology products for a trustworthy, clean, and safe supply chain for Connected TV and Mobile advertising. Our software has transformed how the advertising industry approaches quality and safety through ratings, risk assessment, compliance, and fraud prevention technology.

Responsibilities
  • Grow new business and drive adoption of Pixalate's technology across the digital ecosystem.
  • Develop strategy and action plans aligned with Pixalate’s vision.
  • Initiate revenue growth strategies by developing, closing, and managing partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Networks, and Publishers.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams to support growth and product development.
  • Discover and develop new business and revenue opportunities.
  • Create and present proposals and pricing to close deals based on client needs.
  • Meet and exceed revenue expectations, maintaining a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Act as a thought leader to inform product enhancements, new offerings, and strategy.
Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in ad-tech.
  • Experience in Ad Verification and Compliance is a bonus.
  • Experience selling solutions to CTV, Supply & Demand-side customers.
  • Proven track record of winning new client logos.
  • Experience selling complex tech solutions within ad-tech and media.
  • Ability to develop and scale strategic sales partnerships.
  • Attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a proactive approach.
