Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated program and project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive milestones.
• Executive-level communication and storytelling skills.
• Change management experience with adoption across stakeholder groups.
• Analytical ability to translate insights into action across end-to-end processes.
• Stakeholder management across business and technology partners.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization.
• Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive delivery.
• Advise and influence senior leaders on decisions, trade-offs, and change approaches.
• Create executive-level materials and updates for senior management forums.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technology partners to drive delivery outcomes.
• Support target operating models, governance, and controls frameworks.
• Improve analytics and reporting by automating data preparation and reporting processes.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues with timely resolution.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of changes.
