Job summary

JPMorganChase in London is seeking a Vice President to lead and support strategic programs across Commercial & Investment Bank Finance & Risk. You will partner with Finance, Operations, Risk and Technology to drive governance and delivery of complex initiatives.

• Extensive experience in project management and finance industry.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Robust understanding of Commercial & Investment Bank products and processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute all phases of the program and project life cycle.
• Create project charters, resourcing plans, defining roles and responsibilities.
• Create and maintain governance structure and evolve it as needed.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Risk, Legal and Data Office.
• Coordinate and facilitate working group sessions and document outcomes.
• Plan, track and implement project execution and deliverables.
• Prepare materials for governance forums and regulatory presentations.
• Implement project management tools and processes per governance library.
• Identify, collate and manage program-level risks, issues and dependencies.
• Communicate status updates to stakeholders through scorecards.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure business requirements are met.
