Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom is seeking an AI Controls Enablement Lead within the Controls Strategy & Innovation group to guide a team of controls professionals with deep AI expertise.

You translate AI activity into business-relevant risk signals and prototype scalable automated controls. You will partner with Control Managers, Technology, and the business, lead the AI Controls Council, and publish quarterly intelligence reports, shaping risk-aware deployment of AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Experience in risk or control management within financial services
• Understanding of AI models, assumptions and failure modes
• Ability to translate AI behavior into documented risk findings within controls
• Implement robust controls to safeguard operations and meet regulatory requirements
• Proficient in process and data analysis to improve control environments
• Strong leadership and judgment to influence risk culture
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and executive presentations

Responsibilities

• Develop AI tools alongside Citizen Developers and Technology, optimizing control frameworks and identifying risks
• Determine the appropriate tool to solve business problems across AI and automation technologies to prototype and scale automated controls
• Run scenario simulations and red-team exercises; establish best practices for AI tool review and deployment
• Lead the AI Controls Council and produce the quarterly AI Controls Intelligence Report for senior leadership
• Define measurable outcomes for the team and share best practices across the organization
