Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to drive roadmaps, define target operating models, and produce executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and outcomes, empowering better business decisions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Proven program and project management across cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and define measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive storytelling.
• Change management experience across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding.
• Stakeholder management across business and technology partners.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and culturally diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead program management support for transformation initiatives across the global Controls organization
• Define transformation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to drive consistent delivery
• Advise and influence senior leaders on key decisions, trade-offs, and change approaches
• Build executive-level materials and narrative updates for senior management and business leadership forums
• Build strong, collaborative partnerships with stakeholders and technology partners, with a focus on delivery outcomes
• Support the definition of target operating models, governance, and controls frameworks
• Drive analytics and reporting improvements by automating manual data preparation and reporting processes
• Identify, mitigate, and escalation risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparent communication
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities, recommending changes, and supporting adoption
