• Senior operational leader with experience in payments and cash operations.
• Experience managing teams in a highly regulated financial services setting.
• Strong focus on client service, risk management and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Cash Processing operations and ensure delivery.
• Develop and mentor high-performing operations teams.
• Oversee client cash movements, payment processing and activity.
• Ensure payments and cash transactions meet service levels and controls.
• Act as senior escalation point for client queries and investigations
• Manage key client relationships and service levels.
• Monitor performance via MI, KPIs and KRIs.
• Drive process improvement, automation and digital initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technology and Change to enable transformation.
• Support regulatory, governance and audit requirements.
