Job summary

BNY Pershing partners with Enterprise Custody Services Operations to hire a Vice President - Corporate Actions in Manchester. This role leads Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Asset Servicing and related functions, focusing on people leadership, client service, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will direct day-to-day delivery, strengthen controls, develop high-performing teams, and drive service enhancements within a highly regulated environment across both operations

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Actions, Custody Operations, Asset Servicing, Securities Operations, or Investment Operations.
• Proven leadership and people management within financial services operations.
• Strong client service orientation with ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience implementing regulatory controls, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Track record of process improvements and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Corporate Actions teams.
• Drive accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
