Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Vice President for the CCOR Data Analytics team to own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for data/analytics capabilities across Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk.

You will partner with Compliance, Technology and cross-functional stakeholders to apply Agile practices, manage backlogs, and deliver AI/LLM-enabled solutions that support risk-informed decisions and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
• Experience in product management, business analysis, and/or project management within financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk, controls and regulatory compliance framework.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for CCOR data/analytics capabilities, aligning with regulatory expectations and business objectives.
• Partner with Compliance, First Line, Technology, Data Science, Operations, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into product features and user stories.
• Drive innovation in methodologies by leveraging advanced analytics, technology, and best practices.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI/LLM-enabled capabilities to improve decisioning, efficiency, and user experience.
• Influence stakeholders across the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and adoption.
• Champion Agile practices; manage backlogs, prioritization, planning, testing, and defect tracking.
• Oversee UAT; support training and onboarding; ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory change, and emerging risks to inform product direction.
