Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a data analytics product lead within the CCOR function to own the product vision, roadmap and strategy for CCOR data capabilities.

You will partner with Compliance, Technology, Data Science and Operations to translate requirements into impactful features and stories, driving innovation and regulatory-aligned delivery. You will influence stakeholders through the full product lifecycle, manage backlogs, ensure UAT and training, and stay ahead of regulatory changes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology or related field.
• Experience in product management, business analysis, or project management in financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial products, risk, controls and regulatory framework.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies and product development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and drive outcomes independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product vision, roadmap and strategy for CCOR data/analytics capabilities.
• Partner with Compliance, Tech, Data Science, Operations and other stakeholders to translate requirements into features.
• Apply advanced analytics and AI/LLM-enabled approaches to improve decisioning and efficiency.
• Influence stakeholders across the product lifecycle from ideation to adoption.
• Manage backlogs, prioritization, planning, testing and defect tracking.
• Oversee UAT, training, onboarding, and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends to steer direction.
• Facilitate workshops and present business cases aligned with objectives.
