EXL is looking for a VP – Business Growth Manager to strengthen our Banking footprint in the UK and drive measurable revenue growth. This high-impact role blends strategic account management with new business development, working directly with top-tier banks and financial institutions.

? What You’ll Do:

  • Grow and manage existing client accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Identify and develop new banking clients , expanding EXL’s market presence.
  • Deliver consultative, value-led sales using EXL’s capabilities in analytics, AI, digital, and BPO.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and successful handover to delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders (CDOs, CROs, COOs, CIOs, etc.) to build long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align client needs with EXL’s solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or account management in banking/financial services.
  • Proven success in growing accounts and closing new deals.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
