The Company:

The Role:

• Build and develop strategic payments infrastructure partnerships with banking and payments providers, aligned with the Group’s strategy
• Manage full-cycle growth of partnerships through strategy development, contract negotiation, and project management
• Ensure strategic deal management based on KPIs and mutual opportunities
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior management of strategic partners
• Support the Head of Payments Infrastructure and broader team in developing and maintaining global banking and fintech relationships that add value

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 8 years of professional experience, including 4+ years developing partnerships within financial institutions and banks
• Strong product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration experience
• Experience implementing industry-wide partnership networks
• Proven negotiation skills for complex deals with tier 1 banking and payments institutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence teams
• Team-oriented, capable of compromise and collaboration across teams
