Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI-enabled software development practices in production.
• Ability to validate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI in engineering workflows.
• Experience coaching engineers in safe, compliant AI adoption.
• Knowledge of financial services tech ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Python or equivalent.
• Experience with AWS cloud, Terraform, EKS, and ECS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD lifecycles and pipelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior engineers and partners.
