Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Project Manager within the Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) to lead AI transformation initiatives across Payments.

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of strategic products, operating models and processes aligned to data, coordinating with Product and Technology teams and other firmwide groups. The role focuses on evolving payments products to leverage AI solutions, driving governance, roadmaps and metrics, and navigating a complex, cross-functional environment

Qualifications

5+ years delivering complex change projects.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in matrixed environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management.
Experience deploying AI-enabled data solutions.
Product and technology alignment experience.
Experience with AI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic change projects end-to-end, delivering on time, budget and quality.
Collaborate with Product and Technology to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
Develop and communicate the project roadmap and priorities to stakeholders.
Establish governance to oversee delivery of the project roadmap.
Manage cross-functional teams and drive accountability across LoBs.
Design and track project success metrics and report progress.
Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies.
Ensure project data is represented in the systems of record.
Foster deep stakeholder relationships.
Lead high-performing cross-functional teams to milestones.
