Job summary

Think Jam, a leading entertainment marketing agency, is seeking a hands‑on leader in AI architecture to transform how we design products, manage teams, and deliver for clients. You will translate business processes into autonomous, multi‑agent AI workflows across influencer campaigns, creative content, analytics, and video outputs.

You will embed within each business area to identify opportunities, drive rapid experimentation, and implement robust guardrails.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience building multi-agent workflows or AI orchestration pipelines.
• Experience with AI tools and APIs for production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI architecture and drive innovation across the business.
• Map complex workflows and prioritise development for impact.
• Design and deploy multi-agent systems for real business problems.
• Integrate APIs, tools, and data sources into AI workflows.
• Establish guardrails and reliable AI with human checkpoints.
• Manage data infrastructure and compliance with data protection requirements.
