Qualifications

• Strong ICT or technical background.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools in commercial environments.
• Ability to translate technical capability into business outcomes.
• Process design and systems thinking.
• Strong analytical capability with financial literacy.
• Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a creative, marketing or digital agency environment.
• Exposure to automation tools (e.g. API integrations, workflow automation platforms).
• Experience building internal tools or lightweight products.
• Understanding of SaaS commercial models.

Responsibilities

• Audit current AI usage department-wide and map opportunities for automation, acceleration or augmentation.
• Design and implement structured AI workflows, governance and KPIs.
• Measure and report financial impact and identify opportunities to monetize AI offerings.
• Develop a 12–24 month AI roadmap aligned with commercial objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver process improvements and new revenue streams.
