Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or building applications on top of large language models.
• Experience integrating agents with existing tools, APIs, and business systems.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and agent designs.
• Proven ability to work across Operations, Development and Client Services.

Responsibilities

• Combine LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and tool integration to create agents for real business use.
• Collaborate with AI Agentics, Operations, and Client Services to design agentic solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Scope agent behaviour to defined business requirements.
• Build orchestration logic and tool integrations for agent functionality.
• Author clear documentation to support development and deployment.
• Create playbooks and SOPs for others to follow.
• Ensure agentic systems are designed correctly from the outset.
• Ensure agents behave safely and reliably with business systems.
• Support successful implementation through robust design, governance, and documentation.
