Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AI Controls Enablement professional within Asset & Wealth Management to govern AI tools, translate AI behavior into business risk language, and prototype scalable controls in collaboration with business, technology, and Controls teams.

You will engage senior leadership, coordinate cross-disciplinary initiatives, and drive automation while maintaining strict risk and regulatory standards in a dynamic global environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in risk or control management in financial services.
• Technical AI fluency and understanding of AI models' limitations and failure modes.
• Ability to translate AI behavior into documented, escalatable risk findings within a controls framework.
• Capability to implement robust controls to safeguard business operations and meet regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in process and data analysis to enhance control environments and interpret business needs and trends.
• Strong internal stakeholder management with senior Controls leadership and business stakeholders.
• Excellent project management skills and commitment to operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio for executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI tools alongside Citizen Developers and Technology, co-signing every tool submission before deployment to colleagues.
• Determine the right tool to solve problems from a cost-effective mindset across AI and automation tools to prototype and scale automated controls.
• Run scenario simulations and red-team exercises; establish best practices and standards for AI controls deployment.
• Assist with coordination of the AI Controls Council, producing quarterly AI Controls Intelligence Report for senior leadership, including status of items and prioritization.
