Macmillan Cancer Support is seeking an experienced Volunteering Support Manager to lead the operational delivery of our volunteering strategy. You will guide a multi-level team and ensure a positive, safe and inclusive experience for volunteers and Volunteer Managers.

You will develop and deliver a consistent support offer, oversee processes, and use data to drive continuous improvement. This role collaborates across teams and with the UK Forum to shape volunteer involvement.

Competenze

• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across a complex organisation.
• Experience of managing operational processes, systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent planning and project management skills with ability to handle competing priorities.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using data and insight to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Understanding of volunteer management or volunteer engagement best practice.
• Knowledge of equality, diversity and inclusion principles and embedding them into volunteering.
