Job summary

Macmillan Cancer Support, based in London, is seeking an experienced Volunteering Support Manager to lead a multi-level team and deliver the volunteering strategy. You will ensure a positive, safe and inclusive volunteering experience for volunteers and volunteer managers, guiding operations and ensuring impact across the service.

You will collaborate across Supporter Care, Relationship Fundraising and the UK Forum, using data and feedback to set priorities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management across a complex organisation.
• Experience managing operational processes, systems and improvement initiatives.
