Job summary

Inclusion Hampshire is recruiting a Volunteer and Service User Involvement Coordinator to join on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This full-time post (37.5 hours per week) will support Volunteer Recovery Workers, Service User reps and peer-led activities, helping people who use our service influence the development of services across Hampshire.

• Experience in the drug and alcohol field
• Line management experience or evidence of leadership skills
• Commitment to Co-Production & Empowering Lived Experience

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of the Volunteering and Service User Involvement pathways across Hampshire.
• Recruit, induct, train and supervise Volunteers, including Volunteer Recovery Workers.
• Line manage Apprentices and Trainee Recovery Workers and support their ongoing development.
• Promote involvement opportunities for people who use the service and embed coproduction and lived experience perspectives.
