Job summary

NHS Jobs is seeking a Co-occurring Conditions Development Recovery Worker to join Inclusion Recovery Hampshire. You will work with service users who have co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions, focusing on recovery‑focused outcomes and harm reduction in community settings.

Based in the South of Hampshire with potential bases in Fareham or Havant, you will collaborate with Community Mental Health services and Primary Care Networks to deliver person-centred care and support

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ or Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent required.
• Training in CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Brief solution focussed therapy or mapping techniques is desirable.
• Experience or training in recovery based interventions and harm reduction is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop Recovery Hampshire service with partners to promote recovery outcomes.
• Collaborate with Adult Mental Health and Primary Care Networks to deliver person-centred care.
• Contribute to training and development within the team.
