We are looking for aVolunteer Senior Coordinatorto join the team at LFC Foundation.
You will support the design, delivery, and continuously enhance the Foundation’s volunteer journey, ensuring every volunteer receives an exceptional and rewarding experience.
This role will be responsible for understanding the Foundation’s volunteering needs and implementing recruitment and onboarding processes that reflect best practice, ensuring a robust and compliant volunteer experience.
You will build and nurture engaging, empowering, and meaningful relationships with volunteers, matching individuals to opportunities that align with their skills, interests, and aspirations, while supporting the Foundation to achieve its strategic objectives and maximise community impact.
This is a full-time permanent contract working 5 in 7, 35 hours per week.
Your main base will be Anfield Sport and Community Centre.
This role will require to work evenings, weekend and holiday as and when needed.
