Job summary

Liverpool FC Foundation is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to join the LFC Foundation team and report to the Head of Partnerships. You will manage day-to-day relationships with Club Partners who fund our programmes at Anfield.

You will collaborate with the Partnerships Team to deliver campaigns, align with partners’ marketing objectives, and support in developing programmes for new partners. The role focuses on stakeholder engagement, project management, and inclusive practices.

Qualifications

• Experience of working in project and stakeholder management.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Competent in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Club Partners and stakeholders.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Club Partners supporting LFC Foundation work.
• Support and deliver campaigns and activations for Club Partners.
• Grow trust within Partner organisations by understanding their objectives.

About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our LFC Foundation team as a Partnerships Coordinator. The LFC Charity Foundation is the official charity partner for Liverpool Football Club. The Partnerships Coordinator will report to and work closely with the Head of Partnerships to manage the day-to-day relationships with Club Partners who support the work of the LFC Foundation. The role will require excellent stakeholder relationships and effective project and time management skills.

What will you be doing?

Work closely with the LFC Partnerships Team to build excellent relationships with Club Partners and StakeholdersEnsure the LFC Foundation are delivering all KPI’s in relation to funding provided by Club Partners for programme deliverySupport and deliver LFC Foundation specific campaigns and activations for Club PartnersGrow trust and confidence within the Partner’s organisation by understanding the Partners’ industry category and their business, marketing, and sponsorship objectivesBuild strong working relationships within other Club departmentsUndertake any projects or assignments as requiredSupport in the development of programmes as part of the sales process for new partnersContribute to match day operations and other partnership events/projects where requiredEnsure all our practices our inclusive and accessible to all
