Responsibilities

• Administer the volunteer recruitment process from enquiry to exit, delivering excellent client services
• Work with volunteers and staff to advertise volunteer roles ensuring the volunteer recruitment process is correctly followed
• Support the matching of volunteers with roles and the vetting process while liaising closely with volunteer groups and staff leads
• Manage the onboarding process for new volunteers
• Manage volunteer data and update reports on key metrics
