This role is with a creative digital marketing agency focusing on the third sector and values-based organizations. They work to increase donations and web traffic for charities, specializing in impactful digital strategies and campaigns.

Location

Remote within UK, with travel to Bradford for meetings

Role Overview

As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and implement innovative social media strategies, primarily focusing on TikTok, to engage online communities and foster brand loyalty. This is a full-time, permanent position based at home in the UK, with bi-weekly meetings in Bradford.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of social media experience, preferably within an agency or in-house at a brand. You should be a TikTok enthusiast with a good understanding of platform trends, storytelling, and viral marketing. Strong knowledge of social media algorithms, analytics, and content strategies is essential. Experience with short-form video content creation and editing tools like CapCut is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a passion for culturally inclusive marketing, especially engaging diverse communities including the Muslim community, are important.
