Role Purpose

As Trade and Merchandise Manager, you will play a key role in helping us secure donated products suitable for our care packages. Reporting to the Senior Trade and Merchandise Manager, you will identify UK-based individuals and organisations able to contribute items, build and nurture these relationships, and ensure that all supporters receive appropriate recognition and benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to businesses, manufacturers, retailers, and individuals in the UK who may be willing to donate products for our care packages.
• Liaise with potential and existing donors to explain the benefits of collaboration with Cancer Care Parcel.
• Add contacts and activity updates to our CRM system.
• Send introductory and follow-up communications using our automated email system.
• Make phone calls to thank, update, and stay connected with donors as needed.
• Maintain long-term relationships through thoughtful communication, updates, and recognition.
• Work closely with the Senior Trade and Merchandise Manager to ensure that all outreach aligns with our strategy and brand.
