We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to expand our client base, maximize revenue, and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Candidate profile

• Master in Economics, IT, Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years experience working in sales or client-facing role
• Knowledge and understanding of marketing practices in the loyalty industry
• Strong and confident with presentation, communication and demonstration skills
• Fluent in English
• Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work and determination in goal realization
• Availability for frequent business trips

Your responsibilities

• Identify, manage and address customer needs in the field of loyalty, marketing, and customer engagement
• Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients
• Create and coordinate responses to RFPs, RFIs, and most client-facing materials during the sales process (offers, presentations, etc.)
• Prepare, negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients (in cooperation with the legal department)
• Work with Comarch Consulting team on continuous product enhancements based on market feedback; drive innovation and change on product roadmaps
• Attend conferences and trade shows
• Report sales activities to the Sales Director, using CRM tool
