Job description

Come and join us as a results-driven Digital Merchandising Manager on a 12-month FTC and be part of our hugely successful and friendly Multichannel team.

The Role:

As Digital Merchandising Manager, your expertise will be vital in improving our online customer experiences. You will ensure our websites are optimized to drive conversion rates and deliver the best customer experience across the entire website, from search to product page merchandising.

This is a hybrid-based role with flexibility to work from home, but you should be within commuting distance of our offices in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Use merchandising tools and processes to achieve sales, AOV, and Conversion AOP targets.
  2. Create and implement an online merchandising strategy across all platforms with analysis, ensuring impact across all device types and customer segments.
  3. Manage the merchandising/trading calendar to support campaign delivery within deadlines, aligning with seasonal trading plans.
  4. Improve product visibility through site search, product merchandising, and customer-friendly navigation.
  5. Support senior stakeholders with reports and data analysis for weekly trading meetings and projects.
  6. Adjust website content weekly based on trading insights.
  7. Manage bundles/recommendations to enhance the shopping journey, including upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  8. Line manage and develop Online Trading Assistants.
Additional Details

This role is primarily remote with occasional visits to our office. You should be based in the UK; our Head Office is in Crick, Northamptonshire.

Skills and Competencies
  • Experience in Digital, Multichannel, or Commercial roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience in developing merchandising strategies.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience in project management and managing third-party agencies.
Ideal Background

You may have worked as an Assistant Digital Merchandising Manager, Assistant eCommerce Manager, or similar roles in retail, digital, or eCommerce sectors.
