Imperial Health Charity is seeking a permanent, full-time Volunteering Officer to join us across St Mary’s and the Western Eye Hospitals with hybrid working.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding and ongoing volunteering experiences at St Mary’s and the Western Eye, manage applications, vetting, references and coordinate training and communications. The role requires event management, strong IT skills (Office 365 and CRM), and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with volunteers or managing volunteer programmes.
• Submit applications, onboarding and ongoing experience of volunteers at hospitals.
• Experience delivering training to diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, onboarding and ongoing experience of volunteers.
• Manage volunteer enquiries and applications.
• Coordinate vetting, references and onboarding requirements.
• Build relationships with volunteers, staff and communities.
• Produce volunteer communications and programme reports.
• Maintain systems and records.
