Job summary

AMS in the United Kingdom is seeking a Volume Recruiter to lead high-volume campaigns in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers, attract, assess and hire quality talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

You will use data and market insight to monitor sourcing, interviews and offers, escalate risks early, and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support workforce planning and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in volume hiring within regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior levels.
• Experience using recruitment data and MI for decision-making.
• Attention to detail, governance, accuracy and compliance.
• Ability to mitigate delivery risks and meet hiring objectives.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, organized and resilient in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across high-volume campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing and engagement activities.
• Track recruitment data to monitor pipeline health and risks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define attraction strategies.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.
• Handle multiple vacancies and shifting priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
• Provide forecasting and pipeline reporting to support workforce planning.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate and requisition records.
