Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

As a Volume Recruiter, you will play a key role in delivering high-volume hiring campaigns within a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract, assess and hire quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Working across multiple vacancies and talent pools, you will use data and market insight to proactively manage recruitment activity, identifying potential risks to delivery and taking action to maintain pipeline health. You will regularly review sourcing, interview and offer conversion data to ensure hiring targets remain achievable and escalation points are identified early.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong governance awareness and the ability to balance candidate, stakeholder and business needs. You will build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, providing recruitment expertise, market insight and regular updates on hiring progress.

The ideal candidate will have experience in volume recruitment, financial services recruitment, contingent workforce hiring, sourcing, or early careers recruitment. You will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, using recruitment data to support decision-making, and working collaboratively to achieve business outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through the assessment channels and candidate engagement activities.
  • Capture and maintain recruitment data to progress and monitor pipeline health, identify delivery risks and take action to maintain required interview, offer and hire volumes.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, provide market insight and agree effective attraction and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on hiring progress, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure all recruitment activity is delivered in line with governance requirements, regulatory obligations, and internal recruitment processes.
  • Manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced, volume hiring environment.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment effectiveness, candidate experience, and delivery outcomes.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting to support workforce planning and hiring delivery.
  • Monitor recruitment funnel performance and conversion rates, proactively escalating concerns where hiring targets may be at risk.
  • Build and maintain talent pools to reduce time-to-hire and support future hiring demand.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and business teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date candidate and requisition records, always ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring candidates receive a professional and engaging service throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Share recruitment insights with stakeholders to support informed hiring decisions.
