Job description

Job Introduction:

We are seeking a talented and professional Sales Executive to play a key part in the continued growth of our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles Dealership in Droitwich. This is an exciting opportunity to join the commercial sales team, selling one of the world's most exciting brands.

Your working hours are between 8.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, which is a rarity in the motor trade.

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £50,000. The successful candidate will receive guaranteed bonus earnings for the first 3 months to support your initial settling-in period!

This role is ideally suited for someone with previous automotive sales experience; however, we welcome successful salespeople with a proven record of achieving and exceeding targets. We will provide extensive training and support to help you develop into a future manager.

The role and responsibilities include:

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSI): Building trust, communicating effectively, and exceeding customer expectations to provide an industry-leading buying experience.
  • Maximising Opportunities: Prospecting, follow-up calls, handling inbound inquiries, walk-in prospects, and internet leads to develop customer relationships through qualification and creating a positive first impression.
  • Maximising Profit: Following the sales process and achieving monthly KPIs for unit sales, profit per unit, and add-on products.
  • Data Quality: Accurately collecting customer contact and vehicle data to enhance the quality of our customer database.

What we're looking for:

  • A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
  • Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent.
  • The ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
  • A valid UK driver's license.
  • Experience in motor trade, automotive, or car dealership is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
