Job summary

Wates Group in Walton-on-Thames seeks an experienced Voids Supervisor to manage the refurbishment and turnaround of void properties across our housing stock, with a strong trade background in social housing.

You will supervise operatives and subcontractors, produce specifications, conduct inspections, and ensure safety, quality and timely delivery within budget.

SSSTS is essential; a full UK driving licence is required; a company vehicle or car allowance is provided.

Qualifications

• SSSTS qualification (essential).
• Strong trade background with multi-trade knowledge.
• Experience supervising voids, repairs, or planned works within social housing.
• Good understanding of void standards and refurbishment works.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
