Qualifications

• Previous voids experience is essential.
• Strong administration and scheduling experience.
• Experience within housing, repairs, maintenance or property services.
• Reliable with a strong employment history and good references.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordinating works required to bring void properties back into use.
• Managing operative and contractor diaries to ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
• Monitoring outstanding works and proactively chasing updates.
• Liaising with contractors, operatives, surveyors and internal teams to resolve scheduling issues.
• Updating repairs and housing management systems accurately.
• Monitoring the progress of void properties and escalating any delays.
• Ensuring work orders, appointments and property records are kept up to date.
• Providing regular updates to relevant teams regarding the progress of void works.
