Job summary

Peabody is seeking a Voids Co-ordinator to manage the empty homes process across our non-core portfolio, ensuring properties are prepared, compliant and ready to let quickly and efficiently.

You will work with surveyors, contractors and internal teams to handle the end-to-end voids process, including pre-void inspections, scoping works, compliance checks, key management and post-work inspections, with travel across Peabody neighbourhoods.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating empty homes, voids or property repairs within housing or related environments.
• Knowledge of maintenance standards, refurbishment works and health and safety requirements.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Proactive, detail oriented and quality/compliance focused.
• Excellent communication, with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end voids process across non-core portfolio.
• Oversee pre-void inspections, scoping and instructing works.
• Conduct compliance checks, manage keys and utility administration.
• Support property transfers and maintain accurate records.
