The ideal candidate has social housing voids experience, strong organisational skills, and a full UK driving licence. The position blends site, office, and field work within a dedicated voids team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising social housing voids.
• Good understanding of void refurbishment works.
• Experience managing operatives or subcontractors.
• Familiarity with Schedule of Rates and SOR codes.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a live programme of 50–60 void properties at various stages.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to keep work moving.
• Inspect properties and ensure they meet lettable standards.
• Keep WIP and snagging under control and on time.
