Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking a Voids Supervisor to lead a team delivering maintenance and repairs for properties ready for new tenants. You will supervise operatives, coordinate with suppliers and tenants, and ensure works are completed on time and to KPI standards.

You will carry out safety-focused site inspections, mentor apprentices, and collaborate with admin and call centres to deliver efficient schedules while supporting our sustainability goals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in housing or maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full clean driving licence is required.
• Ability to pass SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day supervision of operatives, ensuring productivity and quality.
• Liaise with tenants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors to schedule works.
• Inspect void properties, specify works and present accurate orders to housing offices.
• Mentor apprentices and support colleagues to maintain safety and sustainability.
