Job summary

VIVO Defence is seeking a Void Maintenance Officer to oversee vacant Service Family Accommodation across your area. Working independently, you’ll keep properties secure and well maintained during the void period.

You’ll perform inspections, complete condition surveys, produce photos, identify defects, and prepare initial repair scopes while reporting on performance and value for money. A UK manual driving licence is essential; proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in void property maintenance or MoD environment is advantageous.
• A manual UK driving licence is essential.
• NVQ Level 4 or equivalent is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out property inspections and condition surveys.
• Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports and photo records.
• Identify defects and prepare initial scopes of work for repairs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, customers and supply chain partners to maintain service quality.
