emh seeks a Supervisor for the Void Repairs Team to lead a multi-trade crew across the East Midlands, with travel to sites and regular attendance at the Coalville head office. The role is home-based with field work, requiring coordination to deliver high-quality void repairs and maintain cost-effective service delivery.

You will manage performance, engage with stakeholders, and ensure works meet safety and quality standards, with a focus on improving customer outcomes and value for money.

Formación

• Experience in void property environments.
• Ability to lead multi-trade operatives and contractors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of operatives and contractors to deliver void repairs.
• Schedule and coordinate work using NHF schedule of rates.
• Ensure work is completed on time, within budget and to required standards.
