Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking a proactive Voids Supervisor to cover Essex. Oversee the day-to-day delivery of our voids programme, manage on-site subcontractors, and ensure repairs and improvements are completed safely, to high-quality standards, in line with client expectations and contract KPIs.

You'll be the key link between operatives, admin teams, client representatives and housing officers—coordinating works, carrying out inspections, and resolving issues to keep the programme running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance or voids contracts.
• Good understanding of repairs and refurbishment processes.
• Clear communication with residents and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of voids works and ensure quality.
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections and raise orders for approvals.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet KPIs.
• Liaise with housing officers, client teams and residents.
• Maintain site safety, complete risk assessments and paperwork.
• Mentor apprentices and support team development.
