Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Multi-Trade Team Leader to head on-site void refurbishment works in Exmouth, supervising a team of operatives and coordinating with the Contracts Manager for high-quality delivery.

You will conduct welfare checks, monitor PPE and equipment, and ensure safe working practices on site. A driving licence and construction trade knowledge are essential for this role.

Competenze

• NVQ2 level or equivalent in a core trade.
• SSSTS qualification preferred but not essential.
• Sound knowledge of construction processes.
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a mix of directly employed and subcontract trades.
• Full current UK driving licence is essential.

Mansioni

• Lead from the front on site delivering void refurbishment works.
• Oversee the operatives and assist with issues to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Work with the Contracts Manager to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct on-site welfare checks and monitor PPE, van and tool inspections.
