Job summary

Ian Williams Ltd is seeking a Voids Working Foreperson to lead a team of Void Operatives in the Camberley area, ensuring high-quality domestic repairs and handovers.

You will supervise and develop the team, produce productivity reports, review timesheets, and liaise with clients. The role covers multi-trade tasks such as plumbing, tiling and carpentry, with a focus on timely handovers and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade required.
• Proven experience leading an on-site team.
• Driving licence is required.
• Experience in domestic/social housing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a successful, high performing Operative team, supporting them on site to deliver work to a high quality standard.
• Utilise IT skills to produce and review productivity reports, confirm weekly timesheets and engage with customers and the client.
• Undertaking multi trade work including plumbing, plastering, tiling, and carpentry in domestic settings.
• Repair tasks such as broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and kitchen/bathroom repairs.
• Ensure client properties are ready for handover, manage deadlines and timeframes for smooth transitions.
