Ian Williams Ltd is looking for a Multi Trade Operative to join our reactive repairs team, covering the Exmouth area. You’ll handle a range of tasks in occupied properties, including joinery, plumbing and tiling, with a focus on keeping customers satisfied.

The role requires NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade and a full UK driving licence. The salary starts at £35,530 for a 39-hour week, with on-target earnings up to £39,586 plus bonus, overtime and call-out.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade works in occupied properties (joinery, plumbing, tiling and more).
