Void Maintenance Coordinator needed in Southampton

This is a temporary role and the rate is £16.10ph PAYE

The reference number is: 5306300

The successful candidate will work in a Voids Maintenance team to allocate work to trade staff and ensure that materials are available by liaising closely with the Materials Hub Team.

They must have good IT and customer service skills as they will be required to liaise with customers, trade staff and managers daily. Someone from a housing maintenance, construction or work planning background preferred. This position is to cover general admin & must have good IT skills.
