Job summary

Touchstone Bath is seeking a proactive Void Coordinator to manage vacant properties on a permanent basis. You will oversee lettings readiness, coordinate with maintenance teams, and ensure compliance with client and statutory requirements.

The role is based on site in Bath with hybrid working after an initial training period. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will monitor property performance, update records, and liaise with colleagues to keep the lettings cycle smooth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience with MS Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.

• Proactively manage a portfolio of properties to be marketed for let and ensure requirements are met.
• Raise and process all related paperwork and keep systems up to date.

We are looking to recruit a Void Coordinator on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a growing area of the business.

This role is based on site at Touchstone Bath. The working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5.30 and Friday 9am – 5pm. After an initial period of training (2-4 weeks), this role offers hybrid working (3 days at home).

More about your role

You will have to proactively manage a portfolio of properties which are to be marketed for let, ensuring that client, company and statutory requirements are always met. You will monitor all your properties closely, review strategies and make recommendations when needed whilst updating the system accordingly.

You will liaise with other staff, raise and process all associated paperwork and update systems accurately to reflect true performance.
