Job summary

River Clyde Homes Group is seeking a Void and Aids & Adaptations Inspector to join our team in Greenock. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours) focuses on inspecting void properties and aids & adaptations to ensure standards are met, delivering a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience (minimum two years) and a valid driving licence for site visits. Closing date: 12 Oct 2026, 10:00 BST; interviews 19 Oct 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in void property inspections or related works preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Driving licence essential for site access and travel to properties.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection duties across void properties and aids & adaptations works.
• Ensure works meet minimum lettable standards and specified adaptations.
• Provide a first-class customer experience throughout the process.
