Clyde Valley Group is recruiting a Property Services Technical Inspector to oversee inspections, quality assurance, and technical oversight across repairs and maintenance. You will report to the Property Services Senior Contract Lead and play a key role in delivering efficient responsive repairs and void works.
The role requires a SCQF level 7 qualification or equivalent in building, construction or surveying, plus experience in property inspections and comprehensive health and safety

As Property Services Technical Inspector, you will be responsible for providing professional inspection, quality assurance, and technical oversight across reactive, void, cyclical, and planned maintenance works.
