BT Group is seeking a Voice Operations Professional for Corsham (7 days on site) to provide 2nd and 3rd line support for secure voice services and manage provisioning, incidents and changes across complex voice networks. You'll proactively monitor and support bespoke TDM/IP networks, secure communication platforms and mission-critical services from the Primary Network Control Centre (PNCC).
