Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Leeds is seeking a dynamic Visual Merchandising/Store Leadership professional to drive in-store presentations and seasonal displays. You will work closely with the Store Manager and creative teams to deliver inspiring VM concepts that attract customers and boost sales.

You will guide merchandising standards, train staff, and manage display projects across the store, ensuring timely execution and alignment with Head Office directions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving sales through visual presentations and strong business acumen.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and possess strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel and be away from a home store to support openings and projects.
• Retail management experience with creative interests in fashion, art and music.

Responsibilities

• Interpret company direction and fashion trends to deliver VM solutions for sales.
• Lead collaboration with Store Manager and display teams for timely project execution.
• Manage delivery of seasonal display and merchandising concepts with strong planning and bubble mapping.
• Implement VM initiatives, window schemes and styling to the highest standard.
• Coach team on merchandise placement and standards to drive business and customer care.
• Ensure an efficient shipment processing system to keep sales floor replenished.
